Wooooo is me, bad back and now I am told, there is no cure, regular light exercise and care day in day out, is the only way or help stave off problems, but ouch it hurts on a daily basis, I will have to be wrapped in cotton wool soon 😞

Our management has stated that we can no longer eat our food at our workstation during defined breaks, as he is feed up with explaining to customers, that we get breaks at set times of the day, all food and drink must be consumed in the restroom provided. That is a straight forward and although a pain, perhaps a sensible statement.
Our management then clarified the situation by saying “it is all right to have refreshments at your work station at all other times except break times”.
We are managed by really sensible people LOL
